Today we were talking about our favorite smells…My favorites: a bonfire, freshly burnt match, clothes washed in downy, freshly baked cinnamon rolls, my husband’s neck, fruity perfumes, gasoline fumes while filling up the car (weird I know), my daughter’s hair after a shower. mmmmm
Another weird smell that takes me back “home”, is the smell of burning garbage, an overflowing dumpter behind a restaurant. I grew up hauling garbage and worked at the city dump every weekend. Burning garbage reminds me of my dad. Weird huh! HA
