2) I have an incredible daughter, Hosanna Rebekah Joy, she is almost 15!
3) I went to Oral Roberts University and majored in Radio!
4) I grew up in Alaska - I was there 23 years.
5) I was never a firefighter.
6) I won Alaska State Champion in Horseback Riding when I was 15.
6) I get all pumped up watching bull riding, it’s my favorite sport ever!!!
7) I’ve never gotten a speeding ticket…not that I haven’t deserved it.
I love the smell of coffee…can’t stand the taste.
9) Miss having a season other than summer…in Alaska I missed having a season other than winter.
10) Am addicted to shoes. You never outgrow them!
11) I LOVE my church family!
12) I used to be on a bowling league - average 205! Not anymore! I’m lucky if I get 130
13) Am slightly sarcastic at times!

15) My best friend is my Aunt Martha in Ohio

17) I’ve never jet skiied but would love too!
18) I have a 4lb teacup chihuahua named Angel

I listen to you every morning - and I have to say I love your sense of humor and humility.
I grew up in Alaska also. Spent 34 years there, graduated from West Anchorage High (4 yrs in Anchorage), lived in Fairbanks for 20 years, and the last 10 were spent on the water, as a bookkeeper/medic on a fish processor.
Just like you - I miss the seasons - Summer and Winter! Came to Sarasota in 2001 to live - my parents have lived here since the 70’s.
I hope you will continue to be the reigning Queen of Morning Christian Radio for a long time to come.
