When budgets shrink, eating out at restaurants is usually one of the first things to go.

But here’s a unique idea - a cafe that sells all organic food, lets you set your own portion size, and then - here’s the really cool part - you decide how much you’d like to pay for it.

That’s what the One World Everybody Eats cafe is doing in Utah - in fact, they’ve been doing it for 5 years, and they are a perfectly healthy company. Turns out that letting people decide what a fair price really is, could be a pretty good business practice!

Here’s my question to you - it works in Utah, could it work in Sarasota? Do you think our residents are fair and generous, or do you think a cafe like this would be eaten out of business? Leave your comments here!
